Dr. Lynn Diamond
Dr. Lynn Diamond is President of Innovative Information Techniques, Inc. (IIT), a New York-based consulting firm providing a full range of executive development, organizational consulting, and integrated training solutions to financial service institutions, Fortune 500 firms, and rapidly growing entrepreneurial companies.

Dr. Diamond has extensive experience developing and facilitating training interventions for executives, managers, and support staff. Her highly interactive workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions are impactful, anecdotal, and credible. She has helped leading organizations improve skills at all levels to become more productive, customer-focused, and motivated. In addition to keynote addresses and lectures to diverse industry, government and professional groups, Lynn writes and coaches investor presentations for High Yield, Bank Syndication and IPO road shows.

Dr. Diamond's depth of corporate experience is supported and enhanced by her academic training. She holds a distinguished Doctorate in Psychology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Yeshiva University). She was a Professor of Communications in the City University of New York and an Associate Professor at Rutgers University, State University of New Jersey.

MARJORIE LEVINE

During a 20 year career as a senior human resources executive at Citigroup/Citibank, Marjorie gained organizational recognition in the areas of leadership staffing, management training, executive coaching and internal consulting for diverse corporate staff functions. Marjorie led the restructuring of the worldwide legal function of 300 lawyers. She built a centralized model that provided for better control of legal issues, improved career mobility for lawyers and compensation equity across geographies.

In building a consulting practice Marjorie has brought her expertise to financial services, professional practices and other diverse industries. She has developed and delivered customized management training programs for a global financial services corporation as well as selection interviewing and performance management programs for a pre-eminent communications company. She has worked on the development of competency models as well as HR strategy for clients in diverse industries. In addition she served as Interim Director of Human Resources for the New York office of an international public relations firm and for a major New York City law firm.

Marjorie has built an executive coaching practice and as an outgrowth of her recognition of the importance of building management strength in organizations through the development and strengthening of its leaders, Marjorie has developed “Coaching for High Performance,” a coaching program that addresses this important organizational need.

Ms. Levine graduated from the City College of New York with a BA in English and from Hofstra University with an MS in Education.
